Devarim 32:39-41

³⁹ See now that I, even I, am He, and there is no elohim besides Me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal; neither is there any that can deliver out of My hand.

⁴⁰ For I lift up My hand to Shomayim, and say, Chai Anochi L’Olam (I live forever).

⁴¹ If I sharpen My glittering cherev, and Mine hand take hold on mishpat; I will render nakam (vengeance) to Mine enemies, and will reward them that hate Me.
